Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued once a child has participated in an Eastern Shore Flag Football sanctioned game or practice.
• Full refunds will only be processed if requested before team rosters are finalized and jerseys are ordered.
• Refunds will not be issued due to division changes, friend/coach requests not being honored, or after league play begins.

Combining Divisions

• Eastern Shore Flag Football reserves the right to combine age divisions if registration numbers do not support full teams in a division.
• Division combinations are at the discretion of league administration.
• No refunds will be issued due to divisions being combined.

Friend and/or Coaching Requests

• The league will make every effort to honor friend and/or coaching requests.
• Requests are not guaranteed and may not always be possible while keeping teams balanced and competitive.
• No refunds will be issued if a friend and/or coaching request cannot be honored.
• League priority is always to set fair and competitive teams for all players.
