Eastern Shore Flag Football offers flag football for ages 5-14. Backed by NFL Flag and its resources, Eastern Shore Flag’s mission is to provide a safe and competitive environment where our youth can learn and master the mental and physical skills of playing football without the physical contact of tackle football. The values and skills learned while playing flag football will last long after the season has ended.

Each player gets a NFL team branded reversible  jersey, matching team shorts, and a flag belt with registration. Additional gear can be purchased during registration.

Coaches Registration

Any parent who are interested in coaching can notify us while registering their child, or email [email protected]. All HEAD coaches are required to submit a background check.

Player Equipment Needed

*Mouthpiece (mandatory for games)

*Athletic pants/shorts (no pockets)

*Athletic shoes/cleats (no metal spikes)
